Bilingual Healthcare Call Center Agent
Location: Pompano Beach, FL (On-Site)
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour plus commission

Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Occasional Saturdays as needed

Training Schedule:
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (2 weeks)

Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of Sales or Collections experience
Minimum 1 year of Outbound Call Center experience
Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience
Strong computer skills and ability to multitask

Job Responsibilities:
• Make high-volume outbound calls to schedule patient appointments
• Coordinate appointments between patients and clinical staff
• Handle reschedules and cancellations
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and scheduling systems
• Meet performance goals and call metrics
• Provide professional and compassionate customer service
