Location: South Florida

About Us: University Automall is excited to expand our Sales Departments with the creation of a state-of-the-art call center. We handle a high volume of inbound and internet inquiries for our three stores, ensuring exceptional service for new and returning clients.

Compensation:

  • Hourly pay: $14.00 - $28.00 per hour
  • Average monthly earnings: $2,400 - $5,200
  • Performance-based bonuses

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Schedule service appointments and follow up on leads
  • Resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Direct customers to appropriate departments or employees
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Confirm and reschedule appointments
  • Regain customer retention
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette and voice

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
  • Prior experience in BDC, automotive service/sales, or customer service is a plus
  • High-volume call experience
  • Strong negotiation and rapport-building skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent attendance
  • Professional phone skills and a friendly demeanor

Schedule:

  • Full-time position
  • Shifts: 8-10 hours
