Position: Cisco Call Manager 

Location: Onsite required in Bloomington, IL 

Duration: 6 Months


US Citizenship or Green Card Required 

No Relocation budget 

Shift: Mon - Fri 8 AM to 5 PM 


Must Haves: 

7+ yrs of experience with Cisco Call Manager and Unity voice mail - configuration and testing. 


Description for requirements:

Test Discipline knowledge, UCCM, and Unity VM. 

UCCE Infrastructure support and management for 8.5 and 9.x 

- Installation, Implementation and configuration of UCCE Infrastructure for Enterprise Network 

- Experience with UCCE 9.x a plus running on Cisco UCS B/C series 

- Cisco Call Manager and Unity voice mail configuration and troubleshooting experience 

- Cisco IP-IVR scripting and configuration experience 

- Cisco IPT VoIP design, UCCE design, Cisco voice gateways 

- Cisco UCCE Web View and CUIS/CUIC 

- Peripheral Gateway configuration experience to Cisco Call Manager 

Good to have skills: Cisco Unified Communications Manager configuration and troubleshooting 

experience. Networking - Route/Switch experience
