Job description

Position: Call Center Representative

Compensation: $ 19/hour

Location: Irving, TX

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Call Center Representative to join their team!

This is a great contract opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers and thrives in a fast-paced call center environment. You’ll support inbound mortgage servicing calls and play a key role in delivering a smooth, professional customer experience. This position offers the chance to join a team with an established need and be part of a supportive environment where your communication skills can make an immediate impact.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Handle inbound mortgage servicing calls professionally
  • Assist customers with account-related questions and requests
  • Provide clear and accurate information on services
  • Document call details and updates in system records
  • Follow established procedures and call center guidelines
  • Deliver excellent service in a high-volume environment

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous call center experience required
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to manage multiple customer calls efficiently
  • Professional, customer-focused approach
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced service environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

  • Mortgage servicing experience
  • Prior experience handling inbound customer support calls
