About the Role
We're seeking a customer-focused Call Center Representative to join a small, collaborative team. This position combines customer service, account verification, payment processing, and collections support. If you enjoy helping customers, working in a fast-paced environment, and building a long-term career with growth potential, this could be a great fit.
Responsibilities

  • Make a minimum of 100 warm outbound calls per day
  • Answer 15-30 inbound customer calls and provide exceptional service
  • Verify financing contract information and customer identities
  • Assist customers with payment processing and automatic payment enrollment
  • Welcome new customers and contact existing customers regarding past-due accounts
  • Document customer interactions accurately within company systems
  • Escalate customer concerns and issues as needed
  • Maintain professionalism while meeting daily performance goals
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong work ethic and stable employment history
  • Accurate typing and data entry skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • College coursework or degree is a plus
Schedule
  • Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Friday: 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM
