Cardiac Electrophysiologist
Cardiovascular Medicine (CVM) | Davenport, Iowa
Position Overview
Cardiovascular Medicine (CVM) is seeking a full-time Cardiac Electrophysiologist to join our established physician-led cardiovascular practice serving the Quad Cities region. This opportunity offers a highly collaborative electrophysiology environment with access to advanced technology, dedicated EP support, and a comprehensive procedural program.
Key responsibilities/services include:
  • Full device implantation and management
  • Atrial fibrillation ablations
  • Lead extractions
  • Cryoablation procedures
  • Watchman procedures
  • Inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology care

The incoming physician will work primarily on one hospital campus with access to two dedicated EP labs and a fully dedicated EP support team. State-of-the-art 3D mapping technology including Carto and ESI systems supports a broad range of complex EP procedures.
This role offers no general cardiology call, with call responsibilities dedicated exclusively to electrophysiology. A dedicated General Cardiology Hospitalist Program manages inpatient cardiovascular care, allowing EP physicians to function primarily in a consultative role.
Compensation includes a highly competitive base salary of $800,000, lucrative bonus opportunities, a two-year partnership track with no buy-in, and equity opportunities through CVAUSA.
