Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$17.25/hour to start (will increase to $18.25/hr. + commission following training)
This role is 100% in-office in Naperville, IL.

Shift:
Monday-Friday (10:30am-7:00pm). 
MUST be able to train Monday-Friday (8:00am-4:30pm) for the first 5 weeks.

  • Engaging with customers via phone and online to promote home warranty and energy-related products.
  • Making outbound calls and managing inbound inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions to drive sales and satisfaction.
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team sales goals.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system and staying current on product knowledge.
  • Collaborating with teammates and sharing best practices to enhance performance.
  • Contributing to a positive workplace culture that reflects company values.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have at least 3 years of customer service or sales experience, ideally in a contact center environment.
  • Demonstrate proven success in upselling, cross-selling, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Possess strong communication skills across verbal, written, and digital platforms.
  • Are experienced with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
