Order Center Associate

  Part Time Position: Sunday-Saturday, hours vary between 8-5pm

Rotating weekends 

Ideal candidate has availability of 2+ weekdays and 1 weekend day.

Bachman’s Order Center is looking to add an experienced Call Center Associate to their team. Candidates should be skilled in accurate data entry, excel in customer service and be passionate about the retail and horticulture industry.

JOB DUTIES:

  • Assisting customers with placing incoming orders

  • Assisting other florists with orders coming into and out of our systems

  • Answering calls from customers and stores pertaining to products, events, workshops, and deliveries

  • Handling customer comments and complaints

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Exceptional customer service skills 

  • Strong data entry and computer knowledge 

  • Professional phone manner

  • Ability to prioritize

  • Dedicated follow through

  • Detail oriented

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Effective selling skills

  • Plant and flower material knowledge preferred
