The Litigation Calendaring Clerk is responsible for managing complex litigation calendars, ensuring all CA statutory and court-ordered deadlines are accurately tracked, labeling, filing, and saving all litigation documents, and providing timely reminders to attorneys and staff across active cases. Responsibilities: โ€ข Calendar Management & Maintenance Review, add, update, and maintain all litigation deadlines in Clio โ€” including motions, hearing dates, trial and pre-trial dates, mediation notices, and deposition notices. Calendar all discovery deadlines: response deadlines, meet and confer deadlines, and any extensions or stipulations. Calendar subpoena response deadlines, including motions to quash and related meet and confer dates. Send proactive deadline reminders to attorneys and staff; issue 7-week and 14-week reminders before deadlines, including hearings and depositions. Escalate urgent timelines immediately to the assigned attorney. Conduct a monthly court docket audit for all active litigation cases to confirm trial dates and catch newly issued orders. Legal Office Support: Maintain and organize case files. File, save, label, and organize all litigation correspondence Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry for the litigation department. Ensure confidentiality of client information and compliance with firm policies. Qualifications: 3+ years of litigation experience. Attention to detail. Compensation: $20 hourly
