What are some common challenges faced by Cal/OSHA Compliance Officers?

Cal/OSHA Compliance Officers frequently navigate diverse and dynamic work environments, ranging from construction sites to manufacturing facilities, where conditions and hazards can vary widely. One common challenge is ensuring that employers and employees understand and adhere to complex safety regulations, which may require clear communication and ongoing education efforts. Compliance Officers must also stay current with evolving regulations and best practices, balancing thorough inspections with timely reporting.
