What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a cafe worker?

To thrive as a Cafe Worker, you need strong customer service skills, basic food handling knowledge, and often a high school diploma or equivalent. What are some common challenges faced by cafe workers during busy hours, and how can they be managed?

During peak times, cafe workers often face challenges such as long queues, multitasking between food preparation and customer service, and maintaining cleanliness.
