Now Hiring: Outside Residential Cabinet Sales Representative

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for relationships and commission-driven sales? We are seeking an energetic Outside Residential Cabinet Sales Representative to join our growing team servicing the Middle Tennessee markets.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, and designers.
  • Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
  • Conduct consultations to understand customer needs and recommend cabinet solutions.
  • Measure spaces, prepare estimates, and present cabinet designs and proposals.
  • Guide customers through the selection process and available options.
  • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and installation teams to ensure successful project completion.
Qualifications:
  • Previous outside sales experience preferred, especially in cabinetry, kitchens, baths, construction, or home improvement.
  • Existing contractor or designer relationships a plus.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications; cabinet design software experience is a plus.
