PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - CSMO & C4 Therapy Locations (7 Total)Serve Orthopaedic Patients. Support Athletes & Active Adults. Grow in a Culture of Excellence.

The Center for Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics (CSMO) is the region's leader in orthopaedic and sports medicine care, featuring 12+ locations and 45+ years of trusted service. Our therapy division includes five CSMO outpatient therapy clinics and two C4 performancebased rehab centers - all committed to exceptional, patientcentered care.

We are looking for motivated, teamoriented PRN Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to provide highquality care across all seven locations. Your Role & Impact

As a PRN PTA supporting seven therapy locations, you'll be an important part of our mission to help patients recover, move well, and return to the activities they love. You'll deliver evidence-based, compassionate care under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists and contribute to a positive, efficient clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement PTdesigned treatment plans with skill, care, and professionalism
  • Guide patients through therapeutic, functional, and performancebased exercises
  • Utilize both traditional clinic equipment and C4's turf, court, and weight areas as appropriate
  • Maintain clear communication with PTs and support staff to ensure excellent continuity of care
  • Travel as needed among all 5 CSMO clinics and 2 C4 performance locations

Minimum Qualifications
  • Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
  • BLS (CPR) certification preferred
  • Strong communication and patientservice skills
  • One year of outpatient or general healthcare experience preferred
  • Willingness to travel across all 7 therapy locations
  • A passion for serving the outpatient orthopaedic population, including athletes and active adults
  • A growthminded, lifelong learner who values evidencebased practice and continuous improvement
