Outside Sales & Business Development – Landscaping / Irrigation

C4 Ground Control is hiring a self-driven, high-energy outside sales professional to generate and close new business opportunities across Central Florida.

This role is for someone who knows how to hunt. We are not looking for someone who waits for leads. We are looking for someone who creates them.

You will be responsible for building relationships with homeowners, custom home builders, general contractors, property managers, and commercial accounts.

Compensation

• 15% commission on self-generated jobs
• 8–10% commission on company-provided leads
• Mileage reimbursement paid per mile
• Unlimited earning potential

Commission is paid on collected revenue.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect new residential and commercial clients
• Visit builders and construction sites
• Network with property managers and HOAs
• Generate your own pipeline
• Close projects ranging from $350 to $50,000+
• Secure deposits and coordinate with operations
