Buyer's agents represent the purchaser in a real estate transaction. In this role, you meet with your client to determine what they are looking for in a home and locate properties for sale that meet the client's requirements. If your client is interested in a listing, you make an appointment to tour the property with them, discussing the positive and negative aspects of each home. All buyer's agents need to confirm their client's budget and that they have financing to make the property purchase. Once the client has decided on a place to buy, you submit an offer to the seller's agent. If the offer is accepted, you arrange for inspections, appraisals, and other vendors required to buy a home. You keep in contact with your client through the whole process until the loan is completed and your clients receive the keys to their new property.
