Responsibilities / Responsabilidades:

Operate, monitor and document all phases of the systems. This person must consistently and accurately maintain HACCP records

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities /  Conocimiento y Habilidades

Must be independent thinker who can work with limited direction from supervision
Basic Computer Skills
Able to work Weekends and/or alternate shifts when situations dictate
Must be capable of taking own initiative to correct or solve a problem
Must be honest, dependable, and willing to follow with instructions
Must have a sincere desire to learn new tasks and skills
Must be able to work in hot or cold environment (room temp 40 – 50 degrees)
Must have the desire to understand the science-based information for which we operate
Must be able to push up to 2000lbs with machine and co-worker help
Must be able to obtain a jack license and cart caddy license

Education & Experience /  Education & Experiencia:

High school diploma or GED
