Job Description
In this position, you will play a key role within our Consular Services and Business Travel team, specializing in short-term travel and visa applications for clients traveling for business purposes. You will work as a leader on the team providing expert guidance in global business visa application, related consular services, and overall client engagement management to optimize the business visa application and overall business travel experience of our clients.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients with employees who need to travel for business purposes and require business visa application support for their travel.

  • Proactively manage a portfolio of clients, while reporting to Senior Managers and above globally.

  • Manage our in-house and external network of immigration experts around the world.

  • Oversight, management, and training of consular team members - both locally and globally providing subject-matter expertise and training as well as strategy to increase efficiencies and margins across your client portfolio.

  • Provide strategic advice to clients regarding business visa applications, business travel, legalizations, apostilles, and other consular and business travel related applications

  • Be very closely involved in the financial management of clients, ensuring that your portfolio is profitable and meeting the target margins for the team.

  • Oversight and training the team on financial acumen across your client portfolio.

  • Develop your team's own subject matter acumen and expertise related to global business visa application and business travel.

  • Collaborate with clients to implement Immigration strategies for business travel, business visa applications, and minimize liabilities for both the company and the employee.

  • Stay updated on international Immigration laws and regulations, offering insights and recommendations to clients based on changing Immigration landscapes.

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the client base by understanding their evolving needs.

  • Work to expand the client portfolio and nurture existing client relationships to drive revenue growth.
