About The Job

The Associate Lead of Digital Operations (B2B) is a new, pivotal leadership role designed to bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution. You will oversee a team of Digital Sales Coordinators to ensure the seamless operation of our B2B e-commerce platforms.

What You Will Do: Including but not limitied to:

  • Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and develop new, scalable processes for B2B digital operations.
  • Maintain the master operational calendar to ensure all seasonal deadlines, prebook rollups, and line sheet launches are met.
  • Review daily and monthly reports to ensure the team is keeping up with order maintenance and customer routing guidelines.
  • Oversee the style setup process in NuOrder (US & Canada)
  • Directly manage and mentor a team of three Digital Sales Coordinators handling multiple brands to ensure they meet daily operational goals.

Communication and Collaboration:

  • Supervise the Credit Card and RA (Return Authorization) processes, ensuring the team maintains strict communication with accounting and sales to avoid order cancellations or delayed refunds
  • Act as the first point of escalation for complex order errors or reprocessing needs with the order management and warehouse teams.
  • Partner daily with Sales, Accounting, Credit, Customer Service, and Warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy, timely fulfillment, and issue resolution across B2B channels.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for complex order discrepancies, NuOrder issues, credit card and RA challenges, ensuring timely communication and root‑cause resolution.
  • Translate operational updates, risks, and deadlines into clear action plans for internal stakeholders and direct reports, maintaining transparency and alignment during peak seasons.

Continuous Improvement

  • Participate in leadership development programs, coaching sessions, and internal training to strengthen people‑management, feedback, and team‑development skills.
  • Stay current on B2B eCommerce platforms (e.g., NuOrder), order management systems, and wholesale digital trends through training sessions, webinars, and industry research.

Continuing Education

  • Actively transfer learnings to the Digital Sales Coordinator team through training, documentation, and continuous coaching to elevate overall team capability.
  • Continuously build knowledge in workflow optimization, reporting, and operational best practices to drive scalable and efficient B2B operations.

Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience in B2B digital operations or eCommerce will be considered in lieu of a degree.
    • 4+ years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in a people management capacity.
    • Direct ownership of B2B order operations or eCommerce workflows.
    • Experience supporting wholesale or B2B order workflows.
    • Familiarity with seasonality, pre‑books, rollups, line sheet launches.
    • Experience working with external sales reps across the North America region.
    • Hands‑on experience with:
    • B2B platforms (NuOrder strongly preferred but not required) or similar platforms.
    • ERP or OMS environments.
    • Comfort troubleshooting order discrepancies, credits, RAs, and payment issues.
    • Direct management or strong lead experience coaching coordinators.
    • Performance feedback, prioritization, and workload management.

    Preferred:

    • Apparel, footwear, or consumer goods industry experience.
    • NuOrder experience or similar wholesale platform.
    • Experience scaling or formalizing processes.
    • Exposure to peak-season planning or high‑volume order environments.
