The Opportunity

This full-time B2B direct sales position blends outside sales with leadership and mentorship. As a Sales Representative &Trainer, you'll meet face-to-face with business owners and employees within your territory while coaching newer agents as they learn our systems and approach.
Representatives operate as independent contractors, giving flexibility over your schedule and territory, while still benefiting from structured training, support, and leadership resources.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with small and mid-sized business clients

  • Conduct in-person benefit presentations and enrollment-style meetings

  • Recommend supplemental insurance solutions based on client needs

  • Mentor and support newer agents through field coaching and guidance

  • Lead by example through consistent personal production

  • Maintain accurate client and activity records in Salesforce CRM

  • Prospect new opportunities through referrals, networking, and scheduled appointments

  • Collaborate with leadership to set weekly goals and support team development

  • Provide ongoing client service, follow-up, and re-servicing
