Business Systems Analyst II
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to join our dynamic technology team. This role collaborates with product managers, business stakeholders, and development teams to translate business needs into actionable technical solutions. With guidance from senior analysts, you will contribute to scrum teams , ensuring that designs and implementations align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements through interviews, document reviews, and workflow analysis.
  • Develop user stories and acceptance criteria that clearly define system functionality and technical requirements.
  • Partner with technology teams and project managers to scope and prioritize system enhancements and defect resolutions.
  • Lead user story reviews with product owners and development teams to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitate and participate in scrum ceremonies , including stand-ups, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
Technical & Support Activities:
  • Assist in creating process flow diagrams, API documentation, and security models for system integrations.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on system capabilities, service offerings, and integrations.
  • Support development teams by clarifying requirements and validating that solutions meet functional needs.
  • Contribute to root cause analysis and assist in resolving defects.
Scrum Team & Cross-Functional Support:
  • Provide recommendations on enterprise services and technical solutions to optimize system performance.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure a balance between usability, performance, and technical feasibility .
  • Assist in API documentation and data mapping for seamless system integration.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Strong experience in business systems analysis , including requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, user story creation, and system integration principles .
  • Ability to analyze complex technical and business processes and propose effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
