Job description

  • Shift: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 1st Shift
  • Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education Reimbursement
  • Location: Position will require travel once per week to La Crosse facility

Position Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee administrative staff at the local Distribution Center(s) while coordinating general administrative activities for the Operations and Sales teams.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls environment and identify and address gaps in processes
  • Provide support during the month-end close process by performing analysis of Operational Expenses (OPEX) to drive cost-saving opportunities, and support annual operating budgets
  • Oversee pre-settlement and cashiering activities to reduce risk of sales center chargebacks, write-offs, and non-sufficient funds
  • Ensure accurate Accounts Payable invoicing and processing and adherence to Procurement guidelines
  • Support company-wide initiatives, champion change management, and implement continuous process improvement
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 6 to 8 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience

Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Master's Degree or Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
