90% Instructional Duties/Peer Mentorship
  • Attend and help facilitate class meetings.
  • Record and track attendance.
  • Grade minor and major assignments & exams.
  • Reach out to students needing assistance.
  • Work with instructor to improve course content/delivery.
  • Meet with students outside of class hours.
  • Attend required trainings related to job duties.
  • Maintain professional online communication.

10% Events & Programming
  • Assist with BPDP events such as career fairs & workshops.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned.
,The KU School of Business Business Professional Development Program provides early exposure to career concepts and enrichment opportunities for Business students. The Business Professional Development Program is hiring for student hourly positions to assist with the program.
Job duties may include (but are not limited to): gathering data and research, grading homework assignments, exams, recording attendance, reaching out to and meeting with students, and other duties as assigned.
Note: If selected for an interview, there will be an opportunity to indicate preference on which class within the program candidates prefer.
