As a business psychologist, your responsibilities are to use the principles of psychology to implement strategies and solutions that improve the day-to-day performance of a company and its employees. Your duties may include researching ways to motivate staff, helping organize or design a workplace, analyzing the behavior of employees, and consulting with other experts to handle unusual situations. Business psychologists often provide advice that impacts most or all of a company, but this is usually limited by available budgets and the size of the organization. As such, you may be asked to determine how to identify and implement creative solutions using available resources.
