NTT DATA''s Client is seeking a Business Analyst for identifying and addressing operational, financial and technological risks within the business.

  • Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintaining, testing and improving business and systems operations.
  • Evaluating the performance of project teams to ensure that targets and deadlines are met.
  • Communicating ideas and viewpoints to senior management.
  • Acting as a liaison between business and IT groups.
  • Supervising the design of new products and evaluating how these will perform on the market.
  • Continuously explore opportunities to improve processes and increase value add to the business
  • Plan and execute detailed system requirements phases and identify, track, and resolve business systems issues
  • Assess, research, analyze, and document stakeholder needs, using the recommended or selecting the appropriate information gathering and/or modelling technique to elicit requirements
  • Contribute to business solutions that satisfy stakeholder needs, while continuously exploring and assessing options for value-add for clients
  • Contribute to successful completion of project objectives with high quality, within budget, and on time
  • Prepare appropriate documentation and ensure adequate end-user training for assigned projects
  • Participate in QA Triage to resolve issues/defects and identify root causes
  • Perform and execute Post Implementation Verification (PIV) as needed
  • Creating monthly performance reports.


Skills Required:

  • 5+years of experience in Proven experience as a business analyst.
  • 5+years of Proven training in Business Process Modeling.
  • 5+years of Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Visio and Access is advantageous.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Bachelor''s degree in business, accounting, IT or any related field.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($55 to $62/hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate''s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
