ERP Business Systems Analyst - Manufacturing

Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000/yr.
Brinkman International Group, Inc. is searching for an experienced ERP Business Systems Analyst to take ownership of our manufacturing ERP environment and help drive continuous improvement across the organization. This role serves as the critical bridge between business operations and technology, ensuring our ERP system evolves alongside the needs of the business.
This is a highly hands-on role responsible for the day-to-day support, optimization, and continuous improvement of our ERP environment. The ideal candidate combines strong business process knowledge with technical ERP capabilities and thrives in a manufacturing environment.
While experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) is strongly preferred, candidates with experience supporting other manufacturing ERP systems will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary point of contact for ERP-related support, troubleshooting, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Configure, manage, support, and optimize ERP modules, integrations, and related applications
  • Partner with operations, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions
  • Lead and participate in ERP-related process improvement initiatives focused on efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and operational performance
  • Support and maintain ERP system integrations, customizations, workflows, permissions, and security roles
  • Coordinate and support annual ERP upgrades, testing, and system maintenance activities
  • Work closely with internal resources to develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and data visibility tools
  • Support SQL-based reporting, SSRS reports, and data analysis activities
  • Develop and maintain user documentation, procedures, and training materials
  • Conduct end-user training and provide ongoing support to improve system adoption and user experience
  • Troubleshoot ERP issues and coordinate resolution across functional and technical teams
  • Ensure ERP processes align with manufacturing best practices including MRP, BOMs, routings, inventory control, purchasing, production scheduling, and shop floor operations

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Manufacturing Systems, or related field; equivalent experience considered
  • 5+ years of experience supporting and improving ERP systems within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) strongly preferred
  • Candidates with experience supporting other manufacturing ERP systems (Epicor, SAP, Oracle, Plex, Visual, IQMS/DELMIAWorks, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) will also be considered
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and business processes
  • Proven success leading or supporting process improvement initiatives
  • Experience with ERP integrations, configurations, and customizations
  • Proficiency with SQL, SSRS, reporting tools, and database management
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across both technical and non-technical teams
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Ability to work occasional nights or weekends as needed for system maintenance and support activities

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Infor CSI / SyteLine version 9 or 10
  • Experience supporting multi-site manufacturing operations
  • Familiarity with reporting and business intelligence tools
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or major system upgrades
  • Experience working with third-party ERP bolt-ons and integrations
