About the Role

The Business Process Improvement Manager leads cross-functional initiatives that improve how RTS works. This role combines project management, Lean Six Sigma, systems thinking, and data analysis to streamline operations, improve customer service, and deliver measurable business results.

What You'll Do

  • Lead business process improvement projects from planning through implementation.
  • Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Facilitate process mapping, root cause analysis, and stakeholder workshops.
  • Develop project plans, documentation, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Analyze operational and financial data to support strategic decisions.
  • Improve customer service and operational workflows across departments.
  • Lead change management efforts and ensure successful implementation of new processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of experience in project management, process improvement, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Leadership and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience with Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Familiarity with project management and process mapping tools.
