Job description

Total Yrs. of Experience: 12+ Year
Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

  • 10-12+ years of experience in SAP or any other leading non-SAP ERP solutions implementation and Support programs
  • Preferably previous experience with BI or process mining tools (e.g., Fluxicon, Celonis, ARIS Process Performance Manager, QPR, Signavio etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge in the areas of Business Process Design and Modeling, Business Process Analysis and KPI definition, measurements, and other process analytics techniques to identify process improvement opportunities
  • Solid understanding on the business process modeling notations like BPMN 2.0 and business process management concepts, BPM technology, process hierarchy definition, familiarity with APQC process definitions, SAP Best Practices etc.
  • At least 4 to 5 years of experience on SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite and specifically on SAP Signavio Process Insights, SAP Signavio Process Intelligence, SAP Signavio Process Manager, SAP Signavio Journey Modeler, SAP Signavio Process Governance, SAP Signavio Collaboration Hub and SAP Build Process Automation.
  • Preferably integration experience of SAP Signavio with SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, Solution Manager, CALM, Enable Now, SAP BTP and LeanIX
  • Capability to work closely with clients to understand their challenges, business scenarios and business processes
  • Understanding of key customer processes, such as Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, Acquire-to-retire, Issue-to-Resolution, Invoice-to-Cash etc.
  • Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. Microsoft, Oracle, SAP), process data extraction, process data transformation, process data analysis, reporting, etc.
  • Preferably experience with SQL, database technologies, ETL, SAP Data Intelligence, SAP Data Sphere, and/or programming (Java, Python, R, etc.)
  • Preferably experience in business process automation concepts, SAP Build Process Automation, and other AI / ML solutions
  • Ability to direct and manage Proof-of-Concept initiatives and consulting projects with SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite prospects and clients including business requirements definition, process analysis, data preparation, and solution deployment
  • Ability to lead and design customer-specific process analysis efforts to create insights into process behaviors and process performance identifying improvement potentials
  • Strong Client Facing experience, great communication and presentations skills
  • Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinating work delivery between onsite and offshore
  • Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day
  • Preferably SAP Certification on SAP Signavio Enterprise Suite
