As a ServiceNow Business Process Consultant, you will play a critical role in helping clients transform their HR service delivery processes by leveraging the power of the ServiceNow HRSD platform. You are a skilled facilitator and problem solver who excels at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you will partner closely with clients and internal stakeholders to analyze requirements, design workflows, and implement process improvements that maximize the value of ServiceNow.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document HR service delivery requirements, translating them into functional specifications for ServiceNow HRSD implementations.
  • Lead workshops and training sessions to support user adoption and maximize the value of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation for system configurations, business processes, and change management activities.
  • Adhere to story writing standards and acceptance criteria best practices.
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold a respectful and collaborative work environment.

Requirements
Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant supporting ServiceNow in a managed services or consulting environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and ServiceNow HRSD modules, including Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events.
  • Experience with ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and workflow design.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:
  • Certified System Administrator preferred.
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide clients through workshops and solution design discussions.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Comfort with handling ambiguity and managing multiple priorities.

Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required.

Location and Travel:
This role offers flexibility with the option to work hybrid in either Minneapolis or Denver.
Some travel is required.
Benefits
The estimated salary range for this role is $75,000-132,000 annually, depending on factors such as skillset and experience. Bonuses and other incentives are awarded based on individual contributions and overall company performance.
