Job Description
Olsson provides multidisciplinary design services for transportation-related projects including urban and rural highways, interchanges, and municipal roadways. As a Project Manager, you will be a lead project manager for our Roadway team, ensuring successful project deliverables and completion for complex and high-priority projects that may span across multiple teams. You will also provide direction to the Roadway team and ensure quality execution of key projects that provide purposeful, high-quality solutions to successfully solve engineering and design needs.
As a Project Manager, you will take charge of supervising and nurturing the professional and technical growth of team members. Your emphasis on mentorship will contribute to a culture that values skill development, collaboration, and collective success. Together, we can make a positive impact on our communities and play a vital role in shaping the future of transportation infrastructure.
Primary responsibilities:
  • Develops and manages project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful and timely delivery.
  • Leads project execution by coordinating teams, assigning responsibilities, and aligning resources to project goals.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact, maintaining strong client relationships and clear communication.
  • Monitors project performance, manages risks and changes, and ensures work stays within scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Oversees quality control and technical reviews to ensure deliverables meet contract requirements and standards.

  • Must be a registered Professional Engineer (PE).
  • Experience with MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D.
