Job description

) Operations & Growth Coordinator
Salary: $50,000-$60,000 annually | Remote with Occasional In-Person Collaboration
Join a Growing Company Where Your Ideas and Initiative Matter
Are you someone who loves keeping things organized, solving problems, improving processes, and jumping in wherever you're needed? Are you looking for a position where you can work directly with company leadership and have a real impact on how a business grows?
Mint Purchasing is looking for a motivated and resourceful Operations & Growth Coordinator to work directly with the owner and support the continued growth of our company.
Mint Purchasing provides contract management and purchasing support to Skilled Nursing Facilities. As a small and growing company, we're looking for someone who isn't interested in being limited to one narrow job description. You'll have the opportunity to support operations, purchasing, contracts, client relationships, marketing, and new business initiatives while helping us develop better systems as we grow.
If you're a self-starter who sees something that needs done and takes the initiative to make it happen, we want to hear from you.
Job Duties:
  • Support the owner with day-to-day business operations and administrative functions.
  • Assist with purchasing and contract management activities.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up with clients, vendors, and business partners.
  • Help organize projects, priorities, deadlines, and ongoing initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, workflows, and overall efficiency.
  • Assist with tracking contracts, purchasing activities, documentation, and business information.
  • Support marketing, client outreach, and business development initiatives.
  • Help develop materials and strategies to support company growth.
  • Take ownership of special projects from planning through completion.
  • Research solutions and bring forward new ideas when business needs arise.
  • Assist with additional responsibilities as the company continues to grow and evolve.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in business administration, operations, office management, project coordination, purchasing, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working directly with company leadership.
  • Resourceful and able to find solutions without needing constant direction.
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
  • Flexible and willing to take on responsibilities outside of a traditional job description.
  • Ability to thrive in a small, growing business environment.
  • Marketing, sales, or business development experience is a plus.
  • Healthcare or Skilled Nursing experience is a plus but not required.
The Person Who Will Thrive in This Role
We're looking for someone who is:
Proactive. Organized. Dependable. Resourceful. Adaptable.
You don't just identify a problem - you help find the solution.
You're comfortable being given a goal and figuring out the best way to accomplish it. You enjoy learning new areas of a business and aren't afraid to take ownership of something you've never done before.
Most importantly, you're excited by the opportunity to help build and grow a company rather than simply maintain what's already there.
Why Join Mint Purchasing?
This is an opportunity to work closely with the owner of a growing company and gain exposure to multiple areas of business, including:
  • Business operations
  • Purchasing
  • Contract management
  • Skilled Nursing operations
  • Client relations
  • Marketing and outreach
  • Business development
  • Process improvement
  • Growth strategy

As Mint Purchasing grows, we want this position to grow with it
How to Apply:
Please submit your resume along with a brief note telling us about your experience, why you're interested in the position, and any relevant operations, purchasing, marketing, healthcare, or business development experience.
If you're motivated, resourceful, and excited about having a meaningful role in growing a small company within the Skilled Nursing industry, we'd love to hear from you. Apply today!
