Manage and optimize multiple sales programs through a combination of program ownership, advanced reporting, and data-driven insights. Partner closely with Sales to monitor performance, improve pipeline effectiveness, and enhance lead management processes. Drive visibility into program outcomes through Salesforce reporting and analytics while identifying opportunities to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

What You'll Do

  • Own and manage multiple sales programs end-to-end, ensuring alignment with businessobjectivesand measurable performance goals

  • Monitor program health using key metrics (lead flow, pipeline progression, conversion rates) and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Deliver recurring and ad hoc reporting to provide clear visibility into sales performance and program outcomes

  • Analyze pipeline and program data toidentifytrends, gaps, and opportunities, and translate findings into actionable recommendations

  • Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline effectiveness and inform data-driven decision-making

  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting and dashboards

  • Leverage Salesforce and BI tools to build andoptimizereporting, dashboards, and performance tracking

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance reporting capabilities and improve data accessibility and usability

What You Have

  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)

  • 3+ years of experience in related field.

  • In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field.

  • Background in Program/Project Management, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics in a sales-driven environment

  • Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of programs or initiatives, including performance tracking, optimization, and continuous improvement

  • Strong experience with Salesforce (reporting, dashboards, data management) and advanced Excel skills; BI tools (Power BI/Tableau) preferred

  • Proven ability to analyze pipeline data and deliver actionable insights that improve sales effectiveness, conversion rates, and program outcomes

Salary Range

At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed.
