  • Build and manage scalable systems and processes for system migrations and feature releases
  • Implementing pricing and packaging changes across relevant teams and systems.
  • Create and maintain structured intake and project-management processes for operational requests, partnering with functional leads to establish timelines, track owners, commitments, dependencies, risks, and decisions, and keep tickets, documentation, and status updates organized through completion.
  • Provide stakeholders and leadership with clear updates on project progress and outcomes, while building workflows and automations that improve visibility, consistency, and efficiency.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2+ years of experience in business operations, program management, project management, consulting, or a related role.
  • Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous priorities into clear plans and drive cross-functional initiatives through completion.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across functions and levels of seniority.
  • Ability to establish timelines with functional leads, manage dependencies, and hold stakeholders accountable to commitments.
  • Sound judgment about when to solve independently and when to escalation.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment where requirements and timelines may change.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach. You’re comfortable owning the details, from creating tickets and updating documentation to validating work and driving follow-ups.
Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting pricing and packaging changes.
  • A conceptual understanding of SQL, data workflows, and system dependencies.
  • Experience with lightweight data analysis or modeling.Experience building workflows or automations to improve internal processes.
