The Operations Program Manager is responsible for providing support for development programs in the Endicott CAS business area. Efforts include being part of a multifunctional program team and supporting the Program Manager to plan and successfully execute to program milestones. Additionally, the selected candidate will schedule, plan and lead Operations efforts to achieve success on assigned programs. The Operations Program Manager will work closely with production, supply chain, quality assurance, and engineering teams to align activities with business objectives and deliver high-quality results on time and within budget.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Program Management: Plan, execute, and oversee multiple operational programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and timely delivery of objectives
  • Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of programs. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on program status, risks, and outcomes
  • Budget Management: Manage program budgets, ensuring that all financial targets are met and resources are used efficiently
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate communication and coordination between departments, including program management, supply chain, quality, and engineering, to ensure seamless program execution
  • Resource Management: Work with the managers to allocate resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to meet program objectives. Ensure that teams are properly staffed and supported to deliver results
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure the successful completion of programs. Address any issues that arise during program execution
  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring that expectations are met and that all parties are informed of program progress

  • Experience with project scheduling techniques and cost tracking systems.

  • Experience with Oracle based manufacturing planning system.
