Job Description 

Select’s Operations Coordinator is responsible for recurring or daily functions or processes that are necessary for business execution.

 

The essential job functions include, but are not limited to

  • Completes or monitors organizational functions or processes, ensuring that they are completed accurately, on time, and in compliance with established policies and regulations.
  • Tracks processes, preparing reports for management detailing quality or quality of departmental actions.
  • Implements procedural changes meant to improve performance or efficiency.

Physical Demands and Exposures

  • This position works inside a climate-controlled environment.  The Company will supply adequate training and equipment to perform the functions of the job.
  • Monday – Friday, 8am-5pm.
