Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a growing company with a strong team culture? Ono Hawaiian BBQ is looking for a Full-Time Office Operations Coordinator to join our Corporate Office in Diamond Bar, CA!
In this dynamic role, you'll play a key part in supporting our day-to-day office operations and helping our restaurants succeed. You'll work closely with multiple departments to coordinate inventory, manage permits and licenses, prepare and fulfill orders, support new store openings, and ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update inventory databases and reporting systems
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, shortages, overstock, and discrepancies
  • Monitor inventory accuracy across stores, warehouses, and distribution supply room
  • Investigate inventory variances, assist with root cause analysis, support cycle counts, physical inventories and reconciliation processes
  • Assist with inventory planning and support for new stores opening.
  • Handle new supply delivery and ensure accurate stocking and storage
  • Fulfill, and process store supply orders on a routine basis: moving products from storage areas to the shipping area
  • Physically pull orders from shelves, prepare and send shipping labels and packages to store locations
  • Transporting packed items to delivery service, if necessary
  • Utilize accounting and inventory management systems (experience preferred)
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, reordering supplies as needed
  • Track business licenses, permits, and renewal deadlines.
  • Communicate with government agencies and service providers when needed.
  • Maintain organized records and operational documents.
  • Perform light reception and office duties as required
  • Other duties may be assigned by supervisor or the company.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Valid California driver's license
  • 1-2 years warehouse experience, data analysis or order puller experience (preferred)
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and identify trends or discrepancies.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Dependable and reliable; excellent time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with all levels of management
  • Working knowledge of office equipment
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Excellent phone etiquette, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS office and outlook.
  • Superior organizational and communication skill.
  • Physical demands/requirements: ability to lift a minimum of 20-25 lbs.
