Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst
Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Flexible schedule; core hours 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST)
Overview
Seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support healthcare analytics initiatives with a strong focus on Epic integrated reporting tools. This role partners with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to implement, optimize, and support enterprise reporting solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Education & Experience (one of the following):
  • Master's degree and 4+ years related IT/healthcare experience; OR
  • Bachelor's degree and 6+ years related experience; OR
  • Associate's degree and 7+ years related experience; OR
  • 8+ years related experience; OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Experience
  • 2+ years with Epic integrated reporting tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer, Registries, Analytics Catalog).
  • 2+ years supporting Epic upgrades and Cogito testing/validation.
  • 2+ years with Epic Clarity and Caboodle.
  • 1+ year building Epic reports/dashboards (clinical, financial, operational).
  • 1+ year supporting self-service analytics tools and end-user training.
  • 1+ year writing SQL queries.
  • 3+ years collaborating with vendors and cross-functional IT teams to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather business requirements and configure dashboards, reports, metrics, data models, and security settings.
  • Support analytics product implementations, integrations, and Epic Integrated Analytics tools.
  • Participate in UAT, Epic upgrades, enhancements, and performance optimization.
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues and communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.
  • Maintain documentation, data dictionaries, and metadata.
  • Promote product adoption and serve as liaison between IT and business users.
  • Develop and deliver training materials and sessions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, track SLAs, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and team activities.
