We are looking for a dynamic Business/Sales Development Representative to join our CoinFlip Preferred OTC team. The CoinFlip Preferred desk has been around since 2020 and is positioned to service high value retail, business, and institutional clients. Our desk originated in the U.S. and is currently live in 4 countries with additional expansion planned for 2024. The ideal candidate will understand the cryptocurrency and blockchain industry, with a proven track record of driving business growth and forming strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify new business opportunities, source leads, and is not afraid to cold call, attend events, and really dive into finding and building relationships. Bringing a book of business and leads/contacts is a plus!

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new customers to trade through CoinFlip Preferred OTC.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align business development strategies.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Create and implement strategic plans to drive business growth.

  • Negotiate and close partnership deals with potential clients and partners.

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of business development initiatives.

  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and partners.

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of business development opportunities.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and emerging trends.

  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.

  • Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships adhere to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

Base Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 USD
