Job description

Business Development Manager (BDM) / Sales Manager

About RPM Evolve

RPM Evolve is a residential property management company with 20+ years of experience, managing a large portfolio of single-family investment homes. We partner with real estate investors and property owners to professionally manage and grow their real estate assets.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) to sell property management agreements to real estate investors and property owners.

The majority of closings come from inbound sales calls, supported by outbound outreach, referrals, and networking. This role is 100% sales-focused and does not involve tenant interaction.

This is a sales role. If you are not comfortable making sales calls, handling objections, and closing deals, please do not apply.

Key Responsibilities

  • Close new property management agreements with investors and property owners
  • Handle and convert high-intent inbound sales calls
  • Conduct owner consultations and present RPM Evolve’s services
  • Manage pipeline and activity in CRM systems
  • Negotiate and close contracts
  • Perform 25% outbound outreach (follow-ups, referrals, networking)
  • Coordinate with onboarding teams for smooth client transitions

Qualifications

  • Active Arizona Real Estate License (required)
