About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Coordinator that will support the company's growth strategy through business development operations, campaign coordination, sales enablement, and prospect engagement support.
Reporting to the Director of Business Development, this role serves as a key support function within the Business Development team by helping coordinate campaigns and strategy, maintain accurate CRM and pipeline data, support prospect research and outreach efforts, and assist in the development of proposals and materials that strengthen pursuit efforts.
This position bridges business development strategy and sales execution by supporting data management, lead qualification, business development analytics, and proposal coordination. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced growth environment.
Core Responsibilities
  • Business Development Operations and CRM Management
    • Maintain and organize the company's business development pipeline within the CRM platform.
    • Ensure opportunities, contacts, accounts, and activities are updated accurately and consistently.
    • Support pipeline tracking, reporting, and business development analytics.
    • Generate reports and dashboards related to opportunity activity, campaign performance, and pipeline movement.
    • Assist with lead qualification and opportunity tracking across multiple sectors and regions.
    • Maintain visibility on active pursuits and ensure internal teams remain aligned on opportunity progress.

  • Campaign Coordination and Sales Enablement
    • Support execution of business development campaigns, outreach initiatives, Lunch & Learns, and market engagement efforts.
    • Coordinate campaign lists, invite tracking, RSVP management, and follow-up activities.
    • Assist in coordinating and organizing sales enablement materials including presentations, one-pagers, leave-behinds, project sheets, meeting materials, and digital collateral.
    • Assist in coordinating strategic content for landing pages, campaign assets, and email outreach efforts in collaboration with Marketing.
    • Support organization and tracking of campaign analytics and engagement metrics.
    • Manage and maintain the centralized sales enablement library, ensuring pursuit materials and campaign assets remain organized, accessible, and current across all sectors and teams.

  • Research and Lead Development
    • Conduct research to identify prospective clients, projects, market trends, and strategic opportunities.
    • Build and maintain targeted prospect and stakeholder lists.
    • Monitor project announcements, industry news, market activity, and relationship opportunities.
    • Support outbound prospecting efforts through introductory outreach, follow-up communication, and meeting coordination.
    • Assist in qualifying inbound and outbound leads for Business Development Managers and Division Leaders.
    • Help identify relationship-building opportunities aligned with RNGD's strategic growth initiatives.

  • Internal Coordination and Communication
    • Coordinate with Division Leaders, Operations, Marketing, and Preconstruction teams to support pursuit and campaign efforts.
    • Help ensure seamless communication between business development initiatives and execution support.
    • Maintain alignment on active campaigns, priorities, and follow-up actions.
    • Assist with scheduling and coordination of strategic business development meetings and outreach activities.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Construction Management, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
  • Two to five years of experience in business development support, sales enablement, marketing coordination, or related roles.
  • Experience within construction, professional services, architecture, engineering, real estate, or infrastructure industries preferred.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, Treblehook, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
  • Experience with presentation and design tools including PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar programs.
  • Strong organizational, project coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable supporting outreach efforts and engaging professionally with prospects and clients.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to organize and interpret campaign and pipeline data.
