About the Role:

We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our vibrant sales team! In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, initiating contact with potential clients, and setting up meetings for our sales team. This dynamic position is crucial in driving our sales pipeline and bringing new business to Digital.ai. You'll have the incredible chance to expand our market presence and showcase the value of our innovative solutions to clients. If you're eager to kickstart your career in software sales and make a significant impact on our company's growth, this is the perfect role for you! Please note that this position will be based in our Raleigh, NC Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential clients within the target market using various exciting tools and platforms.
  • Engage with leads through cold calling, emails, and social media to generate interest in Digital.ai's software solutions.
  • Call and qualify leads within a specified timeframe and assess their potential as exciting sales opportunities.
  • You will incorporate heavy dialing, around 100-125 calls per day to engage prospects.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team to further captivate potential clients.
  • Collaborate with our innovative marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for lead generation and sales conversion.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospects in our CRM system.
  • Continuously update your knowledge on Digital.ai's amazing Devsecops products and industry trends to effectively communicate compelling value propositions to prospects.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience is preferred
  • Experience in B2B enterprise software sales development is ideal
  • Heavy dialing experience in a sales setting is very helpful
  • Track record working in Devsecops e.g. security, continuous testing, or other Software Development Life Cycle domain space is a plus!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must!
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify exciting potential sales opportunities
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a strong desire to achieve ambitious sales targets
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Apollo.io, and other lead generation tools is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday in our Raleigh, NC office required

The current salary for this specific job is estimated to be $50,000 base, plus commission target. Please note that final compensation will be determined based on factors such as qualifications, experience, and internal equity.
