At Vetter Senior Living, our mission is Dignity in Life. We are seeking a passionate, relationship-driven Business Development Representative to lead marketing, and community outreach efforts for our Home Health and Hospice services in our service area.

What You'll Do
As a Business Development Representative, you will serve as the primary ambassador for our Home Health and Hospice programs by:
  • Building and maintaining relationships with physicians, hospitals, clinics, social workers, case managers, assisted living communities, and other referral sources.
  • Developing and executing strategic marketing and sales initiatives to grow referrals and census.
  • Educating healthcare professionals, community organizations, patients, and families about the benefits of Home Health and Hospice services.
  • Conducting outreach visits, presentations, and networking activities throughout the community.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring every referral source and family experiences a warm, personalized introduction to Vetter Senior Living services.
  • Collaborating with clinical teams and administrators to ensure seamless transitions of care.
  • Tracking referral activity, maintaining accountability to goals, and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Promoting the full continuum of Vetter Senior Living services.

What We're Looking For
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 to 5 years of sales and marketing experience.
  • Experience in Home Health, Hospice, healthcare, senior living, or hospitality preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship-based sales and business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, networking, and closing skills.
  • Ability to develop strategic marketing plans and execute initiatives independently.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the service area.
