Job description

The Business Development Representative (BDR) at ALLO Businessis responsible forgenerating qualified sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, inbound lead followup, and early stage discovery. The BDRidentifiesbusiness pain, understands customer timing-especially IT contract renewals-and secures high quality meetings for Account Managers and Account Executives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Execute daily outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Conducthigh-leveldiscovery conversations focused on business outcomes

  • Identifycurrent IT environment, provider relationships, and renewal timelines

  • Buildprerenewalrelationships 6-12 months ahead of contractexpiration

  • Qualify opportunities using SPOT andrenewal basedtiming models

  • Schedule and prepare Account Manager / AE discovery meetings

  • MaintainaccurateCRM activity, notes, and next steps

  • Collaborate with sales leadership on pipeline reviews and coaching

  • Attend Chamber and other brand recognition events and meetings

Daily Success Metrics

  • 80-100 outbound calls per day

  • 25 new unique leads added to the CRM system per week

  • 1-2 qualified meetings set per day

  • Renewal timing captured for target accounts

  • 10POC andcompetitor services used updated, 10 per day

  • 70% meeting acceptance rate by AMs/AEs

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • 2 years' experience of prospecting

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to ask thoughtful, businessfocused discovery questions

  • Comfortable discussing IT, connectivity, and managed services ata high level

  • Coachability and openness to feedback

  • Strong organization and CRM discipline

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Remain stationary for extended periods

  • Ability to communicate information

  • Ability to operate a computer
