About the Company

We're representing a growing commercial construction organization seeking a Project Manager to lead projects, strengthen client relationships, and help support the company's continued growth throughout the Southeast.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a construction professional who wants more than project delivery. The role offers exposure to operations, client development, recruiting, and leadership initiatives, creating a clear path toward increased responsibility within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Manage commercial construction projects from award through closeout
  • Lead project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety initiatives
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, field teams, and project stakeholders
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and owners
  • Support business development and client growth efforts
  • Assist with estimating, project planning, and operational improvements
  • Help recruit, onboard, and develop field personnel

Qualifications

  • Commercial construction project management experience
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, and building systems
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Business development or client relationship experience is a plus
  • Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related degree preferred
  • Ability to travel overnight approximately 25%–30%
