What youll do

The Home Center Pro Sales & Business Development Account Manager supports the growth of Henkel's U.S. Home Center Professional business. Working closely with the Pro Sales & Business Development Lead, this role executes go-to-market strategies, strengthens customer relationships, and coordinates key initiatives across Pro channels.

  • Execute Pro go-to-market strategies across HDIS, SRS, GMS, HD Supply, THD Pro, Lowe's Pro Supply, Lowe's Pro, FBM, ADG, and other strategic channels
  • Prepare for customer meetings and support professional, insight-led engagement
  • Build relationships with customer and merchant teams to drive long-term account growth
  • Manage assigned accounts, sales opportunities, and strategic initiatives through execution
  • Monitor channel developments and identify new business opportunities where Henkel can become a preferred partner or first mover
  • Lead field sales execution plans and support adoption of strategic Pro initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Category Management, and Supply Chain
  • Lead Henkel contact for merchant team within specific Pro Accounts to develop strong partnerships & long-term relationships
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports, dashboards, and updates
  • Track progress & development of key initiatives Business Development & Partnership Expansion
  • Identify & build relationships with Henkel manufacturing alliance partners, identify shared value creation opportunities with Home Centers, across all business segments & ecosystems, in-store, pro, & e-commerce
