Business Development Professional We are a well-established commercial janitorial service and facility maintenance company seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to expand our portfolio in the Dallas/Ft. Worth, and surrounding markets. Unlike franchises or subcontracting firms, we provide direct, high-quality services to our clients. The ideal candidate will have industry experience and a strong track record in direct service sales, particularly to property managers and facility managers of single and multi-tenant buildings. Additional target markets include education, healthcare, and municipality sectors. We also welcome candidates with experience in property management or other facility-related services who understand the complexities of selling a conceptual service package. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual to develop and lead a business development team, driving growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
  • Experience: 2-5 years of proven sales success with measurable achievements.
  • Sales Skills: Strong lead generation, cold calling, strong presentation skills and closing abilities.
  • Marketing: A strong marketing background is a plus.
  • CRM Proficiency: Ability to work within a CRM system, report daily activity, and forecast sales.
