  • Define and drive product vision and roadmap: You will be responsible for identifying customer needs and translating them into product requirements. You will be responsible for prioritizing features and determining the appropriate resources and timeline for development. 
  • Managing the product development process:  You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as engineering, technical communications, and marketing to prioritize features and technical enhancements to deliver high-value outcomes, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategic goals.
  • Gathering and analyzing market and customer feedback: You will gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to understand how the product is being used and what improvements can be made.
  • Communicating with stakeholders: You will be responsible for communicating and presenting the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, including customers, sales teams, and executives.
  • Technical expertise: Depending on the product, it may be helpful for agile product owners to have a strong technical background or understanding of the technologies being used to deliver solutions that are reliable, scalable, and secure.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive cross team, end-to-end scenarios, and customer experiences including building and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders to ensure connected, consistent customer experiences.
