Sunrise Skilled Nursing & Rehab is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Director of Business Development (DBD) to join our leadership team in a multi-facility role supporting admissions growth and referral development for Sunrise and a nearby partner facility.

This position plays a vital role in strengthening hospital partnerships, improving referral conversion, supporting admissions processes, and helping both facilities achieve occupancy goals through collaboration with leadership and clinical teams.
