Job description

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced business development professional with a strong understanding of aviation—or the ability to quickly build credibility within the aviation community—who can open doors, develop relationships, and create new business opportunities throughout Northern New England.

At RealClean Northern New England, we believe aviation is built on genuine relationships—not transactions. We're looking for an experienced business development professional who enjoys opening doors, earning trust, and helping aircraft owners protect, preserve, and take pride in some of their most valuable assets.

As our Business Development & Client Success Manager, you'll spend your time visiting airports, meeting aircraft owners and operators, building strategic partnerships, performing professional aircraft appearance assessments, and developing long-term relationships that fuel our continued growth.

You'll become the first impression of our company, a trusted resource for customers, a respected ambassador for our brand, and a valued partner throughout New England's aviation community.

You'll work alongside an exceptional operations team that delivers industry-leading aircraft appearance services, allowing you to focus on what you do best—creating opportunities, building trust, and helping our customers succeed.

About RealClean Aircraft Detailing

Founded in 2004, RealClean Aircraft Detailing has become one of North America's leading providers of premium aircraft appearance services.

Our team specializes in:

• Aircraft Detailing

• Paint Revitalization

• Ceramic Coatings

• Brightwork Restoration

• Window Restoration

• Aircraft Appearance Management

Our mission is simple: build lasting relationships while delivering aircraft appearance services that protect value, inspire pride of ownership, and exceed expectations. As RealClean continues to grow, we're building one of the Northern New England’s premier aircraft appearance companies—and we're looking for exceptional people to help shape that future.

What You'll Do

Business Development

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and Central & Western Massachusetts.

• Build meaningful relationships with aircraft owners, flight departments, charter operators, FBOs, MROs, aircraft brokers, manufacturers, and aviation organizations.

• Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through networking, referrals, strategic outreach, and follow-up.

• Expand existing customer relationships while identifying new opportunities within current accounts.

• Identify opportunities to expand existing client relationships through additional services, preventative maintenance programs, and strategic partnerships.

• Represent RealClean Northern New England at airports, fly-ins, trade shows, networking events, and aviation industry functions.

Client Success

• Conduct professional aircraft appearance consultations and on-site assessments.

• Consult with customers to understand their goals and recommend customized appearance management solutions.

• Prepare estimates, proposals, and service recommendations.

• Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience from the first conversation through project completion.

• Develop long-term client relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Collaborate with leadership on local marketing initiatives and business development campaigns.

• Develop strategic partnerships that create long-term growth opportunities.

• Gather customer success stories, testimonials, and referral opportunities.

• Serve as a professional ambassador for the RealClean brand in every interaction.

• Build and strengthen relationships and the RealClean brand through local aviation associations, community involvement, sponsorships, and networking opportunities.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who naturally builds trust. Someone who leads with integrity, accountability, humility, and strong personal values. Someone who enjoys meeting people and creating meaningful relationships. Someone who believes exceptional service creates lifelong partnerships.

Qualifications

• Proven success building long-term relationships and generating new business opportunities.

• Excellent networking, communication, and presentation skills.

• Strong organizational skills with exceptional follow-through.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.

• Professional presence with high emotional intelligence.

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout New England.

Who Will Thrive in This Role

You'll likely be successful if you've built relationships and generated business in aviation or another relationship-driven professional services industry.

Experience in one or more of the following is highly valued:

• General, Corporate, or Business Aviation

• Aircraft Sales, Brokerage, or Management

• FBO, MRO, or Charter Operations

• Aviation Service Organizations

• Professional Services or B2B Sales

• Business Development or Strategic Account Management

• CRM and Sales Pipeline Management

Don't meet every qualification? Aviation experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with an established network within the aviation community will be particularly attractive. If you're a motivated relationship builder with a passion for aviation and believe you'd be a great fit, we encourage you to apply.

Why Join RealClean Northern New England?

This is more than a business development role. You'll become a trusted advisor within the New England aviation community while helping build one of the region's premier aircraft appearance companies.
