Position Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven record of driving new business, building long-term client relationships, and consistently achieving high revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
•Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
•Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and mid-market clients.
•Generate new staffing and recruitment business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and client meetings.
•Partner with recruiting teams to ensure successful delivery for client requirements.
•Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
•Meet and exceed sales and revenue goals.
•Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts.
Required Qualifications
•2+ years of Business Development experience in the staffing and recruitment industry.
•Current or recent experience working with one of the Top 50 staffing firms (preferred).
•Demonstrated success in generating $2 million to $5 million in annual sales revenue.
•Strong track record of acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts.
•Experience selling IT, Engineering, Professional, Healthcare, or Workforce Solutions is preferred.
•Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
•Bachelor's degree preferred.
