Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and nurturing relationships with clients and partners. The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our market presence.


Essential Functions:

  • Demonstrates exemplary customer service through tactful and sensitive communication.
  • Manages multiple tasks efficiently and meets stringent deadlines.
  • Possesses strong organizational skills and monitors project progress effectively.
  • Proficient in graphic design programs and maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Manages budgets and interprets/presents data effectively.
  • Establishes rapport with potential clients and arranges meetings.
  • Plans and oversees new marketing initiatives.
  • Conducts research on organizations and individuals for new opportunities.
  • Focuses on increasing value for current customers and attracting new ones.
  • Identifies and develops new markets while improving sales.
  • Represents the company at conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Trains the Marketing & Sales Team and aids in their skill development.
  • Manages website content updates including blogs, general information, and new services.
  • Communicates updates or news to the public and client database professionally.
  • Handles client tours of our facility or theirs with professionalism.
  • Communicates effectively across departments and with managers.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in healthcare.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing marketing campaigns, generating leads, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM software, and social media platforms.
  • Graphic design skills (Adobe Suite preferred).
  • Ability to resolve customer problems promptly and effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.


Education and License/Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (healthcare experience a plus).


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to meet the general health requirements set forth by the policies of this facility, including physical examination.
