Wise Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing team! Base salary ranges from $50,000 - $60,000!


Summary

The Business Development Manager is a goal-oriented, highly motivated person with strong sales ability. The ideal candidate demonstrates an out-of-the-box mentality and brings a desire to hunt to the Wise Staffing Group team! This role is responsible and held accountable for consistently increasing revenue through the generation of new business. This is accomplished by prospecting and closing new opportunities as well as leveraging existing relationships. Responsibilities

  • Develops a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction. Coordinates with territory leadership to identify and plan for long-term goals. Conducts market research to identify prospective clients and direct business growth.
  • Directs and collaborates with recruitment team. Confirms priorities and objectives with recruitment team daily. Assists recruitment team with urgent operational needs as required. Ensures client satisfaction with services provided by recruiters and coach recruiters as necessary.
  • Arranges business meetings with prospective clients. Travels to potential customers daily. Utilizes a face-to-face sales tactic. Focuses on door-to-door sales, cold calling, and promoting the Wise Staffing Group brand.
  • Listens empathetically to client’s needs. Addresses or predicts pain points. Provides exceptional customer service.
  • Prepares sales contracts. Adheres to law established rules and guidelines. Negotiates contracts with clients. Obtains mutually satisfactory agreements.
  • Keeps records of sales, revenue, invoices, and other pertinent data and reports. Reports branch performance to territory leadership accurately.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support to clients. Maintains active and present relationships with clients. Ensures client satisfaction and grows existing accounts to meet larger revenue goals.
  • Meets monthly, weekly, and daily sales quotas. Logs activity into CRM (Hubspot). Maintains an active sales pipeline.

Environment

The Business Development Manager is an adaptable and versatile member of the Wise Staffing Group team! This role is on-site only. The Business Development Manager will travel to local businesses to promote and sell Wise Staffing Group’s services while managing the branch recruitment team. Typical office hours are 8AM – 5PM, Monday through Friday. This role requires reliable transportation and the ability to work beyond typical office hours as business needs require. The Business Development Manager is required to use a personal vehicle and cell phone for business purposes.
